We have the hiking areanumber 1 in Germany! Hiking… enjoying the fresh air and getting unforgettable impressions. During the summertime you are invited to swim in one of the many lakes near by. Boat trips are allowed at the Lauter- and Ferchensee;  windsurfing and diving is possible at the Walchensee.
You can enjoy golfing in Wallgau (8 km away) or in Seefeld (12 km), we are pleased to arrange that for you!
In the winter season : you can have  a lot of fun down hill skiing and cross- country skiing with your whole family.
If you want to have a little more action you can go “free- riding” on the “Dammkar” mountain. Very recommendable is the great natural toboggan run on the “Kreuzberg” mountain. It is almost four kilometres long. You can borrow our toboggans.
